Apex Transit LLC provides trucking and dispatch services as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to scheduled service to avoid cancellation fees. Same-day cancellations may be charged at 50% of the quoted rate.

5. Liability

Apex Transit LLC's liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages.

6. Insurance

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by law. Copies of certificates are available upon request. Customers may be required to provide proof of insurance for certain shipments.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, TX, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
